YWCA Metropolitan Chicago is invested in creating change at both the systems and individual levels. We are preparing women to fully participate in the marketplace and ensuring the marketplace is fully inclusive of women by partnering with business and government to influence policies that address gender and racial bias and promote healthier workplaces.

YWCA Metropolitan Chicago’s annual Leader Luncheon event honors five Outstanding Leaders who have distinguished themselves in their career fields, served the community and demonstrated a willingness to take leadership positions on issues impacting women’s lives and racial justice. The luncheon also serves as the largest annual fundraising and awareness event for YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, enabling the organization to continue to work towards achieving its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
